The only reason why I bought this hair color is because it says Ash. Now my hair are with orange tints all over and I have to find the way to cover it. There is no ash whatsoever here. .. orange

The best way to eliminate warm (red, orange, or yellow) or brassy hues is to either stay the same level or go slightly darker—but avoid lightening—and mix your color with an Ash tone. Ash shades are cool tones that help counteract warm undertones for a more balanced result.
