What is Naturtint Perks?

This is our way of showing how much we appreciate you! As a Perks member you'll earn points for various activities and redeem those points for discounts on future purchases. To join, just create an account here and you will automatically be enrolled in the program! 

How do I add points to my account if I made a purchase before signing up?

If you made a purchase before creating an account, you have 30 days post purchase to create an account and have it applied to your rewards. You must use the same email address you used at checkout for creating your account in order for the points from that purchase to get applied to your account.

If you create your account after 30 days from your purchase the points will no longer be available.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points for many different activities like referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points scroll back up 👆🏽

How do I view my points balance?

Your point balance will be on your rewards page. Log into your account page and click on My Rewards.

How do I redeem my points?

When logged into your account, select the tab Rewards. If you have enough points, you will be able to select ‘Get Reward’ for a $5, $10, or $15 voucher. Once you claim your voucher, it will show a discount code, copy that code and use it at checkout to apply the discount to your order!

How long do my points last?

Your points will never expire! 

Can I combine my Perks points with a discount?

No, only one discount code can be applied to your cart. However, if you use any discount code during a purchase, you will accrue points based on the subtotal after the discount is applied and before any applicable taxes and shipping. 

I completed an activity, but I don't see my points!

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Points for making a purchase and referring a friend will show up in your account as pending for 30 days. After 30 days you will be able to redeem those points for a discount. If you still do not see your points after 24 hours, please email customerservice@naturtintusa.com so we can assist! 

What happens to my points when I return items?

Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account. 

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns an order?

Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account. 

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We’ll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. 

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your total points will begin from zero.
