        I expected this to be a lot lighter

        I did highlights and I was expecting blonde streaks in my dirty blonde hair and it did not work. It made it look like I dyed it a light red color with a little blonde mixed in. I'm wondering if I should have used a 10N color and maybe mixed more colorant and less developer. I don't know. I was hoping for a better outcome since I wanted to stay with them more natural product. I'm disappointed.

        It's nice, but not quite the color I need

        I’m pleased with the quality of this hair color, but it didn’t quite match the shade I was aiming for. There aren’t many options available for blondes.
