          Also didn't come with enough product to fully coat my hair

          Cover the top hair of my hair and then product because less and less from the second half to the ends of my hair. Next time, I will need two boxes to fully cover and coat my entire hair. My hair is not thick and about boob length with layers. Other brands of similar size usually covered my entire hair, so again kind of disappointed.

          Covered grays, but much darker than expected

          This color is the first "natural" hair dye to actually be able to cover up my gray hairs, but unfortunately it came out much darker than pictured on the box. I have a light to medium brown base color, and now it is like a dark chocolate brown with copper-red hues. Kind of disappointed because I have been slowly trying to lighten the reds I've been using, and this has now set me back.

          I receive so many compliments on my hair color. In the past, all other brands of red shades wash out and oxidize really fast. Naturtint stays looking good.
