The color turned out great and exactly as I was hoping. However, when I went to wash it out, I had so much residue left in my hair even after spending over half an hour in the shower to wash it out. It felt greasy and sticky and my hair never looked dry for a couple days. I tried to wash it out again and the same thing happened, lots of residue was left in my hair. My hair just looked very oily and wet and was super sticky. Note: I was using bar shampoo and conditioner. I contacted the company and they sent me 4 complimentary full-size products to help with removing the residue. They sent the CC Cream Leave-in Conditioner, Color Care Shampoo, Color Care Conditioner, and Hair Food Deep Conditioning Mask. The company went above and beyond to help me and after using their Shampoo and Conditioner just 1 time, the residue was washed out completely. Now I can enjoy the beautiful color of my hair. It would be helpful if they included a sample-size of their shampoo and conditioner with the hair dye for best results. I am grateful for the full-size products and the generosity of the company. This is the best hair conditioner that I’ve been using for my color treated hair through the years! All natural ingredients and makes my hair shiny and smooth! But lately, I’d noticed that it had been sold out for awhile! Please don’t discontinue this item and all your other products with it’s formula that works! Love your products so much and will always be your loyal customer!

Love this product been using it for many years didn't realize how much I missed it until I ran out. Hopefully I will re-order as before that happens.
