How do I make a return?
Please keep in mind: If you have ordered Naturtint products through an online retailer such as Amazon.com or purchased at a store, you must follow their return policy and request your return through the entity you purchased from. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. |
If you have ordered through our website Naturtintusa.com, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from when you placed your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order ID number so we know where to apply your refund.
To start a return, you must contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not exchange products. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item. In this instance, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us to start the return process. If you are unsure which Naturtint color or product is right for you, one of our color specialists will happily assist!
My package arrived damaged, or I have an issue with my order; what should I do?
If you ordered from our website NaturtintUSA.com or the Seller Naturtint USA on Amazon, please contact us; we'd be happy to make it right!
Typically we will ask for :
- Your order ID number
- Which products were damaged or received
- A photo of the box and its contents
If you received a permanent hair color kit and one of the bottles was leaking, we will ask you for this information:
- Where you purchased the product if not from us
- Which products were damaged
- The lot number and expiration date from the bottom of the hair color box and the lot number at the neck of each bottle in the kit
- A photo of the box and its contents
